REFUND POLICY
Please be aware that the weight of your item(s) may vary by up to 0.1 grams from the description provided. Despite our careful weighing processes, occasional variations due to scale calibration are possible.
At Sanjay Jewellers / Sanjay Gold Ltd, we take great care in inspecting products before shipment. We offer a 14-day refund period from the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all security tags and gift boxes intact. Items should show no signs of use. To facilitate the return process, please provide photographic evidence of the tags still attached. Note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if the product is not faulty.
Please be aware that items altered in any way, including design or size, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns sent without prior authorization or with the security tag removed will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We conduct a thorough quality check before shipping. However, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and skin-penetrating items like earrings and studs. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Items that have been altered in design, size, or any other aspect are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To get the item you want most efficiently, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
